Opened May 2021 – April 2024, Blade + Salt served a culinary experience that is pure Montauk. Pizza and artisanal foods in a variety of colors, textures, and tastes offered to take-out in a space designed to stimulate the senses and foster community. Freshly prepared in small batches daily, seasonally sourced and locally grown when possible. As Chef owners and Montauk residents, Stephanie and Rich are passionate about creating fresh, beautifully prepared foods.
